The Contracts
Islands Window Cleaning, LLC offers 3 contracts. Each one is derived from your window inventory.
The most fully involved contract is The Full House, followed by The Maintainer, and lastly, The Outsider.
A majority of my customers start with either The Full House or Maintainer, then follow up 6 months later with The Outsider.
Wash, rinse, repeat.

- Double Hung Windows: under sash sill and tracks deep cleaned
- Casement Windows: frames, sills, and wells deep cleaned
- Sliding Windows: tracks deep cleaned
- Window Screens: frames and fabric cleaned
- Patio Doors: tracks deep cleaned, screens cleaned
- Storm Windows: Interior (Pella) or exterior storm windows cleaned
Structural
Add Ons
- Gutter cleanout: Troughs cleaned and flushed. Downspouts flow tested
- Gutter cover installation
- Roof debris removal: tree limbs, leaves, pine needles, etc. removed from roof
- Lantern clean: gas or electric lanterns frames and glass cleaned
