Use of Photos Produced During Jobsite Visit
Islands Window Cleaning, LLC requires your permission to take photos of the work being done. If you agree to photos of the work being done, the photos collected will only be used to promote Islands Window Cleaning, LLC on social media, to include periodic posts and paid advertising.
The following personal information will not be shared publicly:
- Your name and contact information
- Your physical address
Scratch Waiver
Should you choose to hire Islands Window Cleaning, LLC, you agree to hold harmless Islands Window Cleaning, LLC if scratches on your glass are found after the window cleaning process.
Paint Removal
Paint removal from glass surfaces falls under the category of post construction cleaning, and as such will incur a cost, typically 3x the maintenance clean, depending on severity of overspray.
Hard Water Stains
Hard water stains are very difficult to remove and involve either an acid wash, mechanical polish, or both.
Removal of hard water stains will incur an additional cost.
